The Artist’s Vineyard and Restaurant: Special Events, Art and Wine in Noblesville
Located right on the Town Square in historic downtown Noblesville, The Artist’s Vineyard and Restaurant is a real draw for tourists and Noblesville, Indiana residents alike. Set in the midst of the inviting ambiance created by a fine collection of stores and shops, The Artist’s Vineyard is one of the focal points of interest and activity.
Owned by a prominent member of the Noblesville arts scene, Bobbi K. Samples, The Artist’s Vineyard offers rotating fine art exhibits and much more. Their motto, in fact, is “Wine, Art, Atmosphere.” Wine tasting and purchasing are, of course, staple offerings. Entertainment and special Noblesville events abound. The Artist’s Vineyard even contains an upscale Noblesville restaurant to satisfy your palate.

The menu of The Artist’s Vineyard Restaurant is full of enticing and affordable offerings such as blackened chicken and strawberry salad for only $11, crab cakes with a wasabi cream sauce and gingered mango chutney for $10, and Thai glazed chicken skewers for $8.
This is often the gathering spot for local artists from Noblesville and its environs, such as nearby Westfield, Carmel, and Cicero. But the Noblesville attraction doesn’t stop there. State capital Indianapolis is a scant ten miles to the south, and The Artist’s Vineyard, along with other fascinating downtown Noblesville businesses, draws its share of visitors from Indy.
The Artist’s Art Gallery features the work of owner Bobbi Samples. A student of Maggie Shively, Samples never even touched a paint brush until the age of 48. Now you can’t keep her away from them. The Artist’s Vineyard also displays exhibits from other fine artists on a rotating basis in their gallery.
Every Friday night, the pace picks up downtown when The Artist’s Vineyard presents live Indianapolis music. From jazz standards to bluegrass and folk, Fridays at The Artist’s Vineyard will get your toes tapping.
Other ongoing and special events abound, such as the free wine tasting sessions every Wednesday evening, wine education classes and an artist’s reception every last Thursday of the month. Not to mention “Wine Society Night,” which offers membership specials and discounts. Most of the wine at The Artist’s Vineyard comes from a selection of Indiana wineries, so you know your grapes are Hoosier grown.
The Artist’s Vineyard gift shop offers a wide selection of gifts, kitchenware and wine-related accoutrements for the beginning wine lover or the full-fledged wine connoisseur.
